Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question, unless we first receive notice from the original complainant that they have filed a legal action.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to FabricAPI.net for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
